We appreciate your feedback! Our field crews keep us rolling and there’s no doubt working on the railroad is a different lifestyle. The hours will be long and weather can be hot one day and cold the other. We understand it's not for everyone which is why we offer great benefits like our 401k with a 150% match up to 6% you contribute.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the current dynamics within the executive team. Transition periods, especially with new leadership, can indeed present challenges as we adjust and align our goals and strategies. It's crucial for us to ensure that our focus remains on the collective success of the company as we navigate this transition. Understanding each other’s perspectives and working together collaboratively will be key to overcoming any hurdles we may face. We truly value and appreciate your input!
