Pros

Overall, the people you work with in the field and direct supervisors / lowest rung of upper management seem to really care about the guys that work for them. They look our for you and make sure honest, hard work gets done.

Cons

Seemed like a lot of the upper management were doing shady stuff that screwed over the little guys. - VP lined his pocket more by setting maximum working hours (62.5 hrs per week) when we were doing over 80+ and making good overtime - My own supervisor and his significant other were fired from the job no warning for very minor infractures that didn't directly affect anyone at the company - Dropped an employee who had been working with them for over 20 years an position title so they didn't have to give him a pay raise - They will still keep employees / only give them minor slaps on the wrist who almost got their entire crew killed from train collisions and major damage to both our equipment and the other trains
