Pros

Great retirement package, necessary business in the industry, a mixture of blue and white collar workforce. People willing to help most of the time. interesting products.

Cons

Incompetent employees everywhere. no one knows how to do anything. too many engineers that knows nothing. HR cleared house a couple of times. Most employees just stay stable to not get fired and suck up retirement money.

Pros

The shop has a good group of people. Decent pay and benefits thanks to the Union.

Cons

Management seems to have no clue what they are doing. Your expected to build machines that are still in design stages and have never been tested. There’s no structure. Theres no reward for hard work. There’s no incentive for going above and beyond. There’s no confidence in the future of the company. And there’s enough internal lawsuits and accusations to make a person question the integrity of it all.
