      The administrators don't care about the employees

      Pros

      Great Benefits and Retirement Plan Was able to work from home once a week.

      Cons

      The administrators don't care about the employees. The salary was not that great. You are required to be on call once a month. You may have an emergency to handle and may not get off work till 9 pm or later.

      Stimulating and unique work, and an environment where motivated and exceptional talent is rewarded. Lines of business that exist nowhere in the private sector, and the opportunity to do work that makes a difference.

      A sometimes cumbersome HR process that prevents us from accessing the best entry-level talent
