Pros

The pay is good. Good benefits.

Cons

Because of the high turnover rates with employees at the help desk, we are always low on staff and the hiring process can take up to 6 months just to bring someone in. Dealing with county employees is not pleasant. Most employees are in a bad mood and not team players. There's a lot of politics involved and there's not much cooperation between employees.
