Pros

Benefits, People, Opportunities, Benefits and Pension CEO is great!!! The people make the place, alternative work schedule so you can reclaim me some of your life. Work Life means something.

Cons

If you want to move up you better have time to spare, you can get stuck in a position for a long time which will kill your motivation. Pay is lower than in the private sector but makes up for it in other ways.

Pros

Benefits are good; they give a health insurance allowance on top of your salary pay. Flexible system of using vacation, sick hours, etc. If you work for 25 years of service, you are 100% covered for medical benefits.

Cons

Change is very slow. Not everyone does their work. Benefits have decreased!! Much better years before.
