      Big, big, big, with all the advantages AND disadvantages of the size

      Pros

      Good union, if that's important; no bias whatsoever either. Ease of entry-level hiring, once you've "jumped through the proper hoops". Little if any dress code (within reason)

      Cons

      Little off the job inter personal interaction. Little promotion opportunity available. Parking facilities in L.A. and Norwalk are severely limited.

      Work-life balance, great pay for entry level, permanent bonus for CPA or CIA, awesome benefits.

      Cons

      Not challenging, no competition, difficult to get promoted since it's based on time there not merit, management lacks leadership skills, unequal divison of labor, constantly sent to clients with no consideration of distance from home.
