Pros

LotusWorks gives staff permanent contracts. A significant amount of companies in Ireland retain employees on temporary contracts which makes it very difficult to plan any future. Permanent contracts with LotusWorks is a major plus.

Cons

Middle management need to be transparent about what a role entails at the interview stage. It is unfair to make promises which will not be kept. Job descriptions should be more clearly defined to remove ambiguity. If a role is clearly defined from the beginning of the hiring process this will minimise/avoid staff becoming unhappy in their role.

Pros

Wages can be on the higher end.

Cons

Dictatorship, the dont stay true to their contract. Everyone is expected to give a good review for them. Management & promotion is pure nepotism.
