      Pros

      The staff - The crew I work directly with are always there to help/support complete jobs, trouble-shoot problems and most importantly have a laugh with ! Lotusworks does put a lot of effort into adding useful benefits for every employee.

      Cons

      Communications lines between management and staff can sometimes get blurred.

      Pros

      I am a recent addition to the team at LotusWorks but already feel very much at home. I particularly enjoy the company culture, which is fun, relaxed, yet driven to succeed.

      Cons

      With over 500 employees across the world, sometimes employee engagement can be a challenge. However, with an international company of this size, this is understandable.
