      Pros

      The LotusWorks Great Place to Work is a testament to the company and the people who work there. I was given an opportunity as a graduate in my role in head office and I have never looked back. The company is not a place to fill a role, but to learn & develop to build yourself in your career. LotusWorks invests in it's people. The sense of inclusion you feel from all levels of management is unheard of in other companies. Management and leadership are super approachable and helpful on all queries. The benefits packages - VHI, EAP etc are really helpful! I really enjoy working with LotusWorks - my ideas are listened to and I am valued as an employee.

      Cons

      Flexi time as an option would be great e.g. 8-4:30

      Wages can be on the higher end.

      Cons

      Dictatorship, the dont stay true to their contract. Everyone is expected to give a good review for them. Management & promotion is pure nepotism.
