Pros

LotusWorks cover a vast range of industries and from a career point of view, there is a great selection and option to request a career advancement etc. Or to be multi trained in semi conductor or biopharma for example.

Cons

They are not always the leaders in the industry with respect to salary and benefits.

Good Pay ,generally better paid than regular company staff.Hours can be flexible depending on the role you are contracted in to do

Cons

Can be quick enough to cut pay/ conditions if company contracting to looks to cut costs.Can be hard to feel permanent when you are always contracted into a another company, if they dont need you it can get sticky
