Pros

Work colleagues are wonderful, hours are easygoing, time off is never an issue.

Cons

Management can be hard to approach at times which makes things difficult when you have an issue, a lot of investment could be made in regards to equipment and also training of staff to reduce workload on other staff, you find yourself thinking about work outside of work hours which can be a pain.

- Genuinely good people to work with who are pleasant and helpful - Company has consistently grown and continued to have more work in the pipeline - Solid work/life balance and schedule flexibility

Cons

- With lots of the company in Ireland and spread across the US, different time zones can make communication challenging occasionally. Overall, not a major issue though
