      Pros

      The management are very approachable, if I have a question I never feel like I can’t ask. The induction is great, you get to meet a lot of the team in head office and there is usually at least one of the directors there to welcome you to the company.

      Cons

      You get paid monthly but on a weekly basis, I would like to be paid the same amount each month.

      Pros

      LotusWorks pride themselves on delivering customer satisfaction while still maintaining company core values. The company distinguishes itself from the competitors by attracting top performers, employing highly skilled and very motivated staff instead of being just a ''body shop'' to the industries. All staff have the same mindset when it comes to the end goal of project deliverables. Real personal touch from upper management to the staff. Great opportunities to grow within the company and they encourage professional and personal development. Great travel opportunities.

      Cons

      Depending on upur ersonal circumstances if this is a Pro or Con, but generally you have to be flexible with moving and changing location in a short amount of time.

      Wonderful Company

      Pros

      LotusWorks has a great and collaborative culture. The people are great to work with and always willing to help if needed. Personnel are self motivated and professional. The Management cares about their employees and works hard to provide their employees everything needed to be successful on the job. Management is also very good at securing new contracts to keep the employees working.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that this is contract work which requires a level of flexibility in the employee but if you know that going in, this is not an issue.
