I was given an opportunity as a graduate in my role in head office and I have never looked back. The company is not a place to fill a role, but to learn & develop to build yourself in your career. LotusWorks invests in it's people.
The sense of inclusion you feel from all levels of management is unheard of in other companies. Management and leadership are super approachable and helpful on all queries.
The benefits packages - VHI, EAP etc are really helpful!
