Pros

Allows one to learn many different skills including customer services, logistics, supply chain, calibration, and quality control. An excellent starting point for young people/ new graduates.

Cons

It can become very demanding and quickly becomes repetitive. There is no well-defined progression system. A lack of something to aim for can kill motivation.

Pros

There is a real family feel to working with LotusWorks. Everyone seems to help each other out and would go above and beyond for each other. Benefits are good (cycle to work, 100% health insurance, contribution to further learning) although it is impossible to compete with big America. The ability to transfer from client to client within the company including to the USA if you were interested. Great calibrations apprentice department.

Cons

Communication issues with management to the staff. This may stem from the top as there is very little communication from Sligo HQ also. Employee retention seems to be low.
