Cons

No bonus. Some communication is good thru weekly magazine & Management review but notification on changes is poor: Staff leaving, Site lead duties, Changes to health care, Roll outs being put on hold, changes to review schedule, notice period for meetings

Pros

A positive environment full of people always willing to help and listen. I never get the sense of an oppressing hirearchy. In previous work places I have felt that I am "less" than those above me, but in Lotus everyone is made feel important and useful. A great atmosphere between collegues which make coming to work a joy.

Cons

None as of yet. My overall experience with Lotus has been nothing but positive
