      Truly is a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      A positive environment full of people always willing to help and listen. I never get the sense of an oppressing hirearchy. In previous work places I have felt that I am "less" than those above me, but in Lotus everyone is made feel important and useful. A great atmosphere between collegues which make coming to work a joy.

      None as of yet. My overall experience with Lotus has been nothing but positive

      Pros

      Good experience to be gained from the company. Good employees working with them. If you are self motivated and ambitious this is a good company to work with

      Cons

      Pay wasn't good at the time but i believe that has improved since. As mentioned in the Pros, if you are not self motivated you will most likely not last too long employed.

      Clear vision of the company that cares for it's staff. Great benefits. Good salaries range.

      Cons

      Because it's sites are across the country, travel to work (if not based nearby) can be time consuming
