Nothing really to say about this organization. The organization as a whole is very good. Pay and benefits are very good. Great work/life balance. They want to know you and will always listen to you.

Cons

You either fit in with organization or you don’t and don’t see many leave compared to other companies in the current times

I have worked here for only 6 months but have been made feel welcome and appreciated from the start. Great company to work for, the company looks after their workers with equal opportunities and respect. We are also notified about internal positions available so there is always room to grow. Excellent team - always approachable and helpful. Great relationship between staff and management.

Cons

Not being able to meet all of the LotusWorkers working at other locations, although this is expected while working in a global company.
