All the leadership is leaving or has left. I don’t have anyone to go to for help with anything. Also, my schedule keeps changing because they keep dropping all my clients. I can’t afford to work here anymore and I know many other people feel the same way. No consistent hours, which means no consistent pay.

BI's are paid much less than what they should be paid, L2L does not compensate appropriately, everyone is underpaid here, scheduling is really rude, it seems like a power struggle, rather than a team oriented or positive approach, scheduling treats the BI's like they are below them just because they sit in the office. Communication is terrible, sometimes people in HR or Sups will not respond to emails. BIs are expected to communicated with everyone promptly, however everyone else can get away with ignoring your needs, emails, inquiries etc.
