Cons
Very strong favoritism during day-to-day work. Was treated very different than another coworker, who has same background as the manager. Manager changed mind 10 time during the day, when she / the other coworker forgot or even make mistake, she just laugh it off. if you didn't get chance to do things, she will make you embarrass in front of others, never does that to the other coworker. If you feel sad, she will say you are over sensitive. How many good things you did she will take for granted, if anything not start yet, she will blame and speak in an angry tone. Report to HR multiple times and confronted to her directly, nothing improved. Had to leave this unprofessional environment.
