Great discount, beautiful clothing, beautiful work environment

Cons

This brand is filled with nepotism and privileged individuals who have no empathy for people who aren’t just like them. The girls working there promote eating disorders and are extremely catty and toxic. Your sales will be stolen. Nothing will be done about it because nothing can be proven. When I was working there, there was no HR department. You will be taken advantage of by that company if you let them do it. Overall, this company left me heartbroken and disappointed with my favorite brand of all time.

Very good medical benefits available. A few free items each season to wear to work everyday.

Cons

Very ICKY work culture. Obvious favoritism, unrealistic expectations. They do not treat employees with respect or kindness. Managers are expected to devote their lives to LSF, burn out and break downs are a common occurrence among managers company wide. There are so many company’s to work for, LSF does not deserve your time. Save yourself the stress. This is not a fun job at all.
