Bloated CEO Salaries, upper management chaos, micro-managing busy work and a constantly changing program that leaves little to zero support during their way-too-frequent restructuring and internal problems.
Sharon Lee makes 26,000 a month while all the employees and staff doing the actual work in the trenches barely make a dime, even considering the competitive pay. They say there is room for growth, but all the good employees either get burnt out or fired for nefarious reasons.
Evicitions are prevalent and budget cuts constantly happen, despite their financial growth every year. They lie about finances all the time. Cut our building budget mid-December so we couldn't provide food for events, resources or support for our tenants.
They would rather throw people on the street to get in new tenants for the sake of a dollar than uphold their misleading "values".
WAYYY too many upper management positions that give conflicting information constantly, caseload and workloads are always being stacked with every new policy making more busy work for their staff, especially case management. they will drown you in superfluous rules and note-taking/data entry,
We have three programs that all have the same information entered for no reason than to make up "work" for upper management to look busy and productive, meanwhile, they leave their hardest workers to the crows. They churn and burn employees and tenants for their own profit.
Lies. Lies. and more lies. Do not trust any upper management in this organization. It is a pyramid scheme to generate more profits, to build more sites, to generate more money, etc etc.
Money laundering at best. Check the CEO's Salary - and inquire why they cut program funding when there is an EXCESS of profit and revenue.
Terrible company.
