Pros

Met a couple of friends

Cons

Literally RUN. Never work for this company! The managers have absolutely 0 professionalism. The managers sit in the back of the office and will literally talk about about employees all day. My very first day they walked employees out and then talked and laughed about it right in front of me as well as others in the office. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN. Every day I had to listen to them talk about how they are going to do another wash out soon and they wish we would just quit to make their life easier. It seems like every 90 days they do a mass let go right before or after benefits kick in. I honestly don’t even want to add this company to my resume.

Pros

work from home, for now, a good boss and nice coworkers only if you are lucky

Cons

Micromanagers, cliques, making up fake positions to promote friends and family, terrible benefits, terrible pay, no care or concern for employees. This job pays terribly and the benefits are HORRENDOUS. There are very few good managers at loyal source. Most of them are micromanagers and are extremely rude. If you are not in a clique or related to someone you will not get a promotion. And if you do get promoted based on merit (which rarely happens) they make you regret it by icing you out, questioning everything you do, or overloading you with pointless work. They send out surveys trying to qualify for the "Best Places To Work" but definitely should not qualify for that and for sure do not read what the responses were because they would have to re-evaluate how they treat their staff. One perk was that the schedule was Monday-Thursday 8 am - 6pm , Friday 8 am-12 pm. This week, on a Wednesday, they decide to stop the flex time effective this week. With no regard for anyone that had appointments planned for that day. They just expect you to just work OT to make up for the hours you will be gone if you made previous plans. This was one of the ONLY perks for working for this company, the other was work from home which they will be ending soon because they like in-person high fives and back pats. If you do not have to work here I would not. If you are desperate and need something to hold you over until something better comes along then at least it's a paycheck.
