1. Schedule changed precipitously without discussion or warning. 2. Discriminatory toward employees who are less than walk on water rated -- such as those with some type of incapacity 3. Administration turnover constant with no longevity 4. Employee turnover is rapid, either from unsatisfied employees or from firing them 5. Atmosphere not healthy -- heavy handed toward perceived erros, but no counseling or support to overcome those perceived shortcomings. 6. Rules changed often without training in the new guidelines. 7. Outside "experts" often in your face (such as government authorities) about rules you were never told about. Summary: Not a healthy place to work.

Our recruiters take advantage of uninformed job applicants. Middle management at HQ takes advantage of employees that are working in the field. Little accountability up and down chain of command. Raises are nonexistent. Poor data collection within the organization. Program policies and directives are often schizophrenic. You will be overworked and you will be underpaid. Retirement and benefits are a joke. Burnout and apathy are common. Excellence is not rewarded. High rates of turnover at HQ.
