      Very good training and camaraderie among the staff

      Cons

      Over hired recruiters and overstaffed contracts causing massive layoffs when reality hit - transparency and honesty are lacking. They do NOT walk the talk

      1. Commission structure is a joke. If you think you’ll make money here, you’re wrong. You also get no clarification if you have a question about your commission. 2. Everyone in management are sleeping together. If you want to grow within the company, you’ll have to sleep your way up. 3. HR is just as clueless and you’ll never get a response from them. 4. Horrible benefits and 401K. 5. “Hybrid Schedule”…. this changes every week. This company loves to micromanage you.

      The team of people i work with are great and very professional The schedule is easy Works great for a part time job

      Cons

      Leadership is very poor and weak HR is a joke, can never get anyone to call you back or answer the phone. Tech support is also the same as HR. The phone apps always stop working and when you try to call IT never get any help
