      Pros

      Nothing. Food and housing provided but it's horrible.

      Cons

      Everything.It is not worth it. The money is good but only if you enjoy slaving away. You work 80-95 hours A WEEK and you only get one day off. Good luck getting anything accomplished outside of sleep because that is litterally the only thing you will have time for. I was harassed by 2 male employees and neither of them received any consequences. A "housekeeper" let himself into my bedroom while i was asleep at 11pm and was not given consequences either. The work culture is horrible, everyone plays favorites. They expect you to do almost triple the work without any extra pay. The most unorganized company I have ever encountered. Do not quit your job. Do not work here.

      It was a job and paid bills.

      Cons

      You are just a number. If you’re not loyal to loyal source- bye bye. Company culture and mental health awareness is a joke there. They think you do not want to make money if you are not able to do the over time. Over time was mandatory and you will have no life. They always said “just get through this month” and over time will go away. That turned into 4 months and random OT. Managers will talk behind your back to other employees, even when you leave the company. If you value your life, don’t work here. You can get paid so much more in the staffing world else where.
