Cons

Management isn’t great at all, don’t join if your looking to move past being a recruiter the nepotism is real

Pros

If you don’t have much medical skills, fresh out of PA school, or working on your Doctorate degree this is the place to be. You hardly do anything. We are not really allowed to practice real medicine. You sent to hospital all complex cases. Its easy screening and out the door. The rest of time is wasted watching movies or waiting for another bus of immigrants. I was able to get my doctoral degree.

Cons

If you stay here too long you might loose all necessary skills for a real medical position.

To be fair, most of the people I worked with were kind, hard working, and good at what they did

Cons

Narcissist VP feels entitled to your every minute. Their workload for a single proposal writer was 4 to 6 proposals a week.
