Pros

So far so good. People are friendly. Gated parking lot... Great place if your looking to start your career. Pay is ok. Not the best in area anymore.

Cons

Don't count on getting your raise even if you complete all your training. You still have to wait every year... all the way to 3.5 years to max out. Definitely old school.

Pros

-The highest hourly rate in the Houston area. -Batch manufacturing that will produces valuable operation skill and knowledge. -The facilities are smaller than most and creates a real family atmosphere, non-sense knee jerk policies of a massive facility are almost non-existent. - Character and work ethic are huge determining factors for advancement in the company( possible even with out higher education).

Cons

-labor can be intense sometimes -Older facility -bonus rate considered to be in low range for process industry -overtime coverage system need update
