Lubrizol is a great company with great benefits. They have been around for many years and their employees seem to stay at the company. Management seem to treat the employees fairly.

Cons

Hiring contract workers instead of direct hires. I understand temp to hire but some people at Lubrizol were contractors 10 or more years before they were hired on. Others or 3 years or more. If you are going to keep a contractor for a year or more, then there obviously is a need.
