Pros

CEO, James Hambrick is very strong leader and committed to growing the company. This growth, creates opportunities for employees and is win win for all concerned. Company is very consensus minded, which is both pro and con

Cons

LZ is very specific to it's charter which is "solutions" via formulated chemical packages. No a negative as such, but if this doesn't appeal to you, then LZ is not the place for you. Pay is good to very good, but not great. Solid benefit packages
