      Upper management is excellent and strategic. Care about their employees.

      Cons

      Very high retention rate, so some underperforming employees can reduce the morale.

      Pros

      The company is on the cutting-edge of it's industry. Corporate cares about it's employees and you can tell just by walking around campus. Everyone is so friendly and there is a wonderful sense of community. Lubrizol believes any work should be rewarded and only offers paid internships.

      Cons

      It is a large company so those who prefer a small, intimate setting might not enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Since I started as a temporary employee I have enjoyed working here. The people, the atmosphere and the culture here are just great.

      Cons

      If there was a downside I would say that because alot of the positions are very specialized unless you are willing to go back to school to upgrade your skill set upward mobility is a little limited, but if you are willing Lubrizol has a fantastic tuition reimbursement program.
