Company has great benefits, people and culture. Actively giving back to community. CEO is facing business challenges head on. Employees are generally cared about as people.

Cons

- Long time employees are being forced out without knowledge transfer. The youth movement is now underway. - Easy to get lost amongst the competition - the 'braggers" get ahead even when you are the one working hard. - Manage your own career, your manager is not looking out for you as an individual. - Not crazy about the CIO - only has a couple of strong leaders under him, the rest are “yes men”. - VP HR has an extremely difficult job ahead.

They provide services for individuals that have mental and physical needs.

Cons

The management does a bully approach and do not care about the under management side of a situation. The turnover rate at the organization is terrible the longest staff is 4 years. People excuses of leaving is management. The organization needs a lot of work ands needs to rehire a new management team to become successful and to hold staff. But until than do not come until new management.
