I can set my own schedule, middle management acknowledges the deficits in the org, clients are pleasant for the most part. Good experience doing individual therapy.

Cons

Fee for service structure is confusing and I need to constantly monitor my pay check to make sure I'm paid for all the services I've provided and trainings. So far, I have not been. High turnover.

Pros

Very innovative company. Mostly nice people. As an intern I got interesting projects and got to go to several training sessions to improve technical skills. They provide good benefits if you want to go back to school as well.

Cons

Headquarters at Wickliffe and Brecksville doesn't have the most pleasant atmosphere. Your experience really just depends on your department that you are working in.
