      Good pay and benefits raises

      Cons

      Not a good environment to work in. Play favoritism, needs better supervisors and upper management,better that will help employees not find a way to get rid of them if; you are not a part of the click, too much back stabbing, lying, need to have management who has character and integrity.

      Steady Wins the Race

      Pros

      Very good overall company. Will not have the "highs" of upstream oil/gas, but steady company to make a career with. Large percentage of employees have over 25 years, but also many new hires in last five years. Diverse work group.

      Cons

      Management leans heavily towards chemical engineers, this can slow progression for other professionals. This is slowly changing.
