      Unlimited overtime & if you’re homeless you’ll pretty much live here at work

      Cons

      Recruiters mislead everyone. People quit jobs under false pretenses just to be trapped in the position and forced to work 12.5 hours. No work life balance. Very high turnover rate over 50%

      You get paid on time.

      Cons

      Factory side/Company wide. Been with the company 3 years. Not even a email or thank you 😂, a bunch of promises from people who have no control over things. It’s worse than the typical startup so be prepared for the run around & stress. Oh well. Sales side: No commission or Bonus to sale a $154,000 car. Just crumbs of an hourly.

      Nicely designed vehicle, but difficult to manufacture to the standards

      Cons

      Unfortunately, we can't build it and meet the demand. This in part due to some things that are out of our control (supply chain), but most things are in our control e.g. 1. Poor executive management and leadership 2. Micromanagement to the lowest levels 3. Very poor communication 4. Unfair and impossible expectations 5. Toxic environment from the top down 6. Low morale amongst employees
