Pros
My colleagues at HQ are some of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with —and also, hands down, the most impressively competent.
Cons
- Toxic and incompetent management: Leadership lacks both the skills and emotional intelligence to effectively guide teams. Decisions are made arbitrarily, favoritism is rampant, and accountability is nonexistent. Feedback is either ignored or punished. - Hostile work culture: Gossip, backstabbing, and passive-aggressive behavior are normalized. Instead of collaboration, it’s a constant game of deflection and blame. - Lack of trust and communication: Information is withheld or manipulated, and communication from the top down is unclear, inconsistent, or just plain misleading.
