      The human resource team is horrible. Games are what they play and the lies they tell. Leadership is liars.

      Cons

      Managers here are arrogant and speak down on anyone that isn’t upper management. Just because you work at an electric car company doesn’t make you Elon Musk, you’re not that important and nobody cares about your ego.

      An Incredible Opportunity that's not for Everyone

      This is a dream job for an engineer because you get to interact with and learn from other like-minded, often brilliant people. The projects are very intriguing.

      Cons

      A healthy work-life balance can be lacking which is why this isn't for everyone. You need to love what you're doing. Management can be quite penny-pinching.
