      Pros

      Pay and Coming to a nice office Team- co workers were warm and friendly.

      Cons

      Bad leadership - back stabbing and sneaky. was relocated for the job and they expected me to perform a miracle with no assistance and bad development. I gave suggestions but was only shot down by a supremacist. Horrible psychologically unsafe environment to work in. Up rooted my life and they flipped the switch at the last minute. I am the 3rd person to hold this position.

      Metaphorically speaking, it feels like being tide to a tree & sprayed by a fire hose of killer bees.

      Pros

      Beautiful, smart product made by talented, fantastic, dedicated people - mostly.

      Cons

      It’s like the Tesla trauma sufferers association. Finger pointing, grand standing, duplicitous motives, and that’s just the receptionist. (Kidding about the receptionist). Everything described here is systemic or C-suite level. Lack of business infrastructure and equilibrium. Failure to anticipate reasonable business consequences due to lack of understanding and failed technical infrastructure. Cycloploticly focused nano managers waste valuable time with unnecessary and aggressive questing. Critical root cause analysis is impossible because of bureaucracies and secrecy.

      Cross functional communication between teams.

      Cons

      Leadership integrity. Missing of properly defined processes, and protocols. Lack of program operational knowledge. Inability to directly communicate with leadership. No Manager / Leadership accountability.
