Don’t do it

Pros

Benefits are nice but that’s it

Cons

By far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Engineers don’t know how to do the simplest of tasks and they ask the underpaid non techs for help. Management is incompetent and unhelpful. No room for advancement, everyone’s been leaving lucid to work for Walmart, that should tell you something.

Pros

Place had a dope vibe amongst coworkers and immediate team members. Great place for a single man or woman. And pretty good for a small family man or woman. Good pay with promise of raises. Stocks. Day one benefits packages. Unique opportunities for growth based of your own individuals goals. The hours.

Cons

As a quality production team member, things can be slow. Blamed for inconsistent workload fell on most of the outbound merchandise sorters. How they would have them pretty much sorting through trash, to determine what was actually trash. Partially competent engineers, some more capable than others. But some are racist. There's a confusing dynamic that makes the engineers. Supervisor's. However they lack the skills necessary to operate or even qualify to be said, "Supervisor's". The hours.

Lack of leaders

Pros

Pay, colleagues, close proximity to home. Short commute.

Cons

Management doesn’t understand that we only follow them because of their title. Most Sr. Managers and above are not Leaders. Leaders would invest in the culture, (say hello, rally their teams with saying thank-you for being here today, display enthusiasm, (we don’t care you have a lot to do), acknowledge your teams), invest in their people, (seek to understand, acknowledge the lack of communication of what is going in which effect their teams). Low morale as we are not robots. Sr. Management and above doesn’t realize if they showed their appreciation with those who are in the office by smiling and getting to know the team, they can help to change morale.
