Leaders would invest in the culture, (say hello, rally their teams with saying thank-you for being here today, display enthusiasm, (we don’t care you have a lot to do), acknowledge your teams), invest in their people, (seek to understand, acknowledge the lack of communication of what is going in which effect their teams). Low morale as we are not robots. Sr. Management and above doesn’t realize if they showed their appreciation with those who are in the office by smiling and getting to know the team, they can help to change morale.
