- Very employee centered - Feedback is heard and actioned on in a timely manner - Senior Leadership are keenly aware of the frontlines reality and are sensitive to the people that run the retail locations. - Compensation is very competitive.. which makes recruiting new teams from scratch much easier! - Excellent communication from a very organized and polished HQ team. - Studio Management is trusted to make decisions for/about their local business but also building out what the standards for Lucid retail look like. - We have a clear path to success with loads of opportunity for growth.

Cons

As with any startup, the days can be long and the work can be demanding. If you are not used to that, it could be tough to manage your energy over time. Personally, i love it. The upper management are very focused on constantly providing support and work/life balance, but that doesn’t mean you won’t work very hard along the way. I would hardly consider this a con but something to prepare yourself for mentally!

Super smart team, very professional, amazing learning opportunities, open culture, friendly colleagues, great and cool products to work on, colleagues very helpful when the works gets tough, no harsh or ridiculous deadlines, everything makes sense!

Cons

Slightly longer commute if you choose to live in the south bay area though the route has no traffic (pros: you’ll drive against traffic!)
