      Good company for the recent grad

      Pros

      -So much hype over EVs. Will look good on your resume if you are starting your career. -Good colleagues. Many always willing to help. -Cool product -Most engineers are very motivated to succeed. This is contagious. Many seem very excited to be there especially the recent grads that do not have experience working in stablished companies and do not notice the "cons" of the company.

      Cons

      -Engineering managers with strong technical skills but zero social skills and zero experience leading people. Some not all. -Arrogance is prevalent in technical areas -Expect to be grilled in a very technical interview to eventually join the group and be doing low level everyday engineering tasks.

      The benefits are great and opertunities for OT is nice but thats about it

      Cons

      I don't like the fact that when a position comes open for a lead spot or supervisor is always cherry picked by someone is a click and or someone who kissing up to someone in management to get what they want
