      - You get to work with a lot of skilled intelligent engineers from across the automotive industry - The work can be rewarding working on very innovative vehicles

      Cons

      - Management is short sighted and only worried about how they look to the C-Suite - Pay is sub-par for the Bay Area - Work life balance can be non-existent

      They don't care about you!

      Pros

      Pay, health benefits, sick time and vacation.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, no days off unless you use sick or vacation time, they change shift & hours without warning, leads and supervisor's aren't experienced in the field they are leading or supervising. If you stop for a second they ask you what you're doing, if one lead/supervisor tells you to do something you'll have another come up to you asking you what you're doing.
