      Pros

      The company has a great culture and great people! People make sure that you are having a positive experience and care about you. Collaboration and teamwork are very present and overall it's a fun environment to work in!

      Cons

      For some, the location might not be the best, but Utah is a nice place to live in and the cost of living here is very cheap, which is a pro.

      Not clear about career growth opportunities. I'm sure there are, but they aren't discussed much.

      The management team is superb. They take a sincere interest in the development and well being of each employee. The company has a clear vision and is executing relentlessly on the vision.

      Cons

      There really are no negatives. The team is great. The leaders are great. The product is great.
