Lucid Software cares about its employees. We're treated well. We have a fully-stocked kitchen, vision,dental, and health benefits for full-time and quarter-time employees, paid vacation, sick leave, paternity and maternity leave, and 10 holidays. The management truly seeks out opportunities for all employees to grow and be challenged. This allows for a fun workplace, but a workplace where real work is done and real progress is made. Employees' dedication is appreciated and highlighted. We also go on retreats, have lunch brought into the office on Monday and Friday, and do many family and work activities throughout the year.
Cons
Some of the challenges of working in an open-air and collaborative environment is the noise level. Lucid Software is growing rapidly. As such, it can be difficult to get to know all the new employees on a personal level.
