      - Incredible team of fun, kind and hard-working people - Great work culture - Opportunity to work on exciting projects with customers (digital transformation, new product development, Cloud migration, etc.) - Line managers are caring people who go above and beyond to help you succeed

      Cons

      - Lack of clarity on the career development process - Lack of communication/process on employee contrat renewal - Competition has become so intense that it is now very difficult to reach targets - Very hard to make customers understand the strategic value of the tool, beyond a "nice-to-have"

      Legacy Code without any chance of improving

      People is very kind and patient, the product is very well know and has a huge audience

      Cons

      No matter how bad the code/patter is, they will try to keep it as it is because "it has always been done like that" Also they use a lot very custom pipelines that make your local development a more complex than what it should be, and errors that only happen in production but not in local env are common
