      Pros

      Super smart people that are a joy to work with. I'm always impressed with the talent that Lucid brings in and that has stayed for long periods of time. Been really great for my career growth and career opportunities. If you perform well you will be rewarded. If you want to learn and grow or explore roles outside of your current responsibilities they will work with you on that.

      Cons

      Compensation is average, but benefits are great. WFH or hybrid is nice and has some benefits, but I'd prefer more in person work

      Relatively good for creatives but at a cost

      Nice people. Reasonable workload. Good project management. Stability.

      Cons

      Bloated middle management. Mostly production design work. Growth-minded & entrepreneurial creatives will quickly feel stuck: Marketing leadership doesn't have the appetite/vision for creative initiatives and brand marketing. Designers who stick around for more than 3 years will find themselves stuck because of stale portfolios.
