-Awesome environment to work in -Product solves unreal business problems -Teams are motivated -Flexibility in schedules as long as you are getting your work done -Compassion, respect and understanding -Open and honest communication -Acceptance of all background.

Cons

-We NEED more engineering resources!!!! -I will reiterate... we NEED more engineering resources on the back end RIGHT NOW -Other then that some teams are not aligned with each other on what is going on but that is easily fixable -I will reiterate again so everyone can hear me... WE NEED MORE ENGINEERINGS resources

It’s a pleasure and refreshing working in a environment that brings many different cultures and ideas to the table. The passion to do really great work can be felt from coworkers. Pay and benefits are stellar. Office is awesome.

Cons

Communication between different teams can be lacking but attempts are made to strengthen this, at least.
