Very busy schedule, must be able to be on the road for typically 8 days at a time.Company is constantly late on reimbursement and stipend. payments Constantly tracked and micro-managed. The management over promises and under delivers in every aspect. Constant employee turnover. Constant policy changes. Expectations are through the roof given the difficult terrain/ working conditions in some areas of travel. Overtime expected. Nearly impossible to take sick time or vacation days, company will ignore requests or even deny them. Very little training yet high standards once on job and in the field.

I’m not one to tell a person how to think but in anytime a person reads the comments of a company or product, it’s always best to consider those bad comments because 9times out of 10, it’s happened to someone. Luck Grove hires their employees providing false pretenses and using deceptive practices, which is against the law. Luck Grove hires their employees as W4 when in actually, the amount of your own personal property they require you to use. such as your car, your phone, your own gear- they may as well hire as a 1099. They do this because it’s cheaper for their tax revenue and because they are a disloyal company that only cares about numbers as opposed to the safety and well being of their employees. They place you in unsafe conditions and when you express your concerns for safety, they use the excuse of “not being a good fit”, as a reason to terminate. Their training set up and hiring package needs MUCH improvement& to be honest, I feel sorry for any surveyors that on the pay roll living under the illusion that they are making so much money because Ive worked less strenuous jobs, less hours for MORE. Save ya money and go to IT school or college.
