As titled, this company is not a company for anyone seasoned and used to companies that show value to their employees. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional, dishonesty and manipulative practices within a company. To start, their interview process is completely separate from the actual experience of the job nature entails. Most of the employees will compliment the nature of the job by pay but after you’ve dealt with errors in your pay, verified your out of pocket expenses- the pay is merely pennie’s in comparison. You would think with the company being in operation since 2008 that they’d have it all together like better perks and what not, but this company makes you use your own vehicle. Entices you with a vehicular allowance but that’s AFTER the first month. The additional nonsense is they require you to use your personal to receive countless calls and group texts, on your day off! For a multimillion dollar company, you would think they’d provide better pay, Not conduct skimpy operations in reimbursements and rewards, but no. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional and deceptive company I have ever experienced. If you want a company that acts as if you owe them, as if you aren’t the main function of its operation, then go with them. If you want a company in which you have to question where you’ll be in the next few months, sign the application.
