They will fire you with absolutely no cause and without giving you a reason, and make your drive 10 hours home after putting in a 8 hour shift. I left a comfortable career with benefits to join this team and they never gave me an explanation as to why I was terminated just got a phone call half way through my shift in West Virginia and was told to give my equipment back to the team lead.
